Something about these images reminds me of a line (horribly ripped from context as it may be) from The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock by T.S. Eliot --
"There will be time, there will be time To prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet..."
The pictures are hilarious yet, to me, also very sad. Not in the same way Eliot's poem is sad, more in an allegorical sense... Think marketing. Think PR. Think FaceBook & Twitter. Think: blue or white tie? Think about what others may think or see or respond to.
They leave me with a similar feelings that Bill Knott's poem "Crash Course" evokes...
"I strap a TV monitor on my chest so that all who approach can see themselves and respond appropriately."
