The cost of US immigration reform ends up as money in the bank

According to a new report prepared for the US Congress by the Congressional Budget Office and the Joint Committee on Taxation, it turns out that the budget impact of the immigration reform bill making it's way through the Senate right now (S. 744) lands in the neighborhood of $700 billion on the positive side over the next two decades.
